Chief Legal Officer, Director, Co-Founder
Julie Wolff serves as Chief Legal Officer for Sarcos Robotics overseeing all legal and trademark activities for the company. She is a former partner with Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP, one of the country’s leading business and litigation law firms. During her time with DWT, Wolff negotiated more than $25 billion in mergers, acquisitions and financing transactions, primarily in the fields of wireless communications and technology, and served as outside general legal counsel for Clearwire, Pendrell and special M&A counsel for Starbucks.
Wolff’s clients have included Starbucks Coffee, Clearwire, Edge Wireless, Eagle River Holdings, Intel, Pendrell and Mobility. Recognized as a leader in her field, Wolff was named one of the “Best Lawyers in America” in Communications Law (2009-2010) and Corporate Law (2010-2012) by Best Lawyers, Washington Super Lawyers and Washington Rising Stars by Thompson Reuters (2005-2008, 2011-2012), Oregon’s Rising Stars by Thompson Reuters, and one of Washington’s 155 Top Lawyers by Seattle Magazine and Seattle Business Monthly (2007).
Wolff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Linfield College, Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law, and Master of Management from Atkinson School of Business.
